| PSA announces swim camps, adult water aerobics |

PSA is pleased to inform the public that a new learn to swim camp will begin March 2 – April 2. All classes will be offered twice a week for a total of 10 lessons per series. Included in this session will be: • Introduction I – for young children 3-5 years of age with their mothers or other caregivers; this will be a morning class starting at 8:30am. • Introduction II – for children 3-5 years of age who are comfortable in the water and ready to learn basic stroke skills; children of this age must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver; this will be an afternoon class starting at 3pm. • Beginner’s – for children who are at least 5 years of age and comfortable in the water; children will learn the fundamentals of freestyle and back stroke. • Advanced beginners for children who have mastered the fundamentals of freestyle and backstroke but need to improve their stroke skills and stamina. • Intermediates – focus on breaststroke and butterfly. Please contact the Palau National Swimming Pool between the hours of 3-7pm to register interest in this camp series. Children may come to the pool between 3 and 7pm to be tested for correct placement. PSA also announces that Frieda Loftis, a well-known local sportswoman and aerobics instructor will begin to offer water aerobics at the pool between 6-7am two mornings a week. This class will be for adults only and will be limited initially to seven participants. To register, please contact the Palau National Swimming Pool between 3 and 7pm.
